PURPOSE : A cyan-based phosphor and a light emitting device using thereof are provided to economically manufacture the phosphor by using an inexpensive starting material, and by synthesizing at low temperature.CONSTITUTION : A cyan-based phosphor is marked with chemical formula : L_xM_yC_(z1)N_(z2) : A_a. In the chemical formula, L is selected from the group consisting of an alkali earth metal, a transition metal, Zn, Cd, Al, Ga, In, Tl, Ge, and Sn. M is selected from the group consisting of B, Si, P, S, F, Cl, I, and Se. A is either an alkali rare earth metal or the transition metal. A light emitting device includes a light emitting diode chip(110), a substrate(120) supporting the light emitting diode chip, a molding member(150), and the phosphor(151).COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011 |
