ŽSOLUTION : After an alloy powder P is packed into a mortar die 11 up to its top surface 11f, the mortar die 11 is moved upward with respect to a lower punch 12 in the state of applying the magnetic field to the alloy powder P in a mortar die cavity C so that the top surface level of the alloy powder P is lower than a top end 18 of a yoke 18. In this state, the magnetic field is applied by a coil 15.
