PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a fluidizing agent which can impart fluidity to soil cement without being affected by the type of soil (especially the type of clay soil).
SOLUTION : A fluidizing agent is used which comprises a polymer (A) having an alkaline earth metal acrylate (A1), an alkali metal acrylate (A2), and acrylic acid (A3) as essential constituent monomers and at least one inorganic compound (B) selected from the group consisting of an alkali metal carbonate, an alkali metal silicate, and an alkali metal hydroxide. It is desirable that the content of units derived from the alkaline earth metal acrylate (A1) is 0.1-30 mol%, that of units derived from the alkali metal acrylate (A2) is 30-99.5 mol%, and that of units derived from the acrylic acid (A3) is 0.4-40 mol% based on the number of moles of units of the alkaline earth metal acrylate (A1), units derived from the alkaline earth metal acrylate (A2), and units derived from the acrylic acid (A3).
