PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method for modifying alkaline soil to be recycled, in which the alkaline soil to be recycled, which is based on the soil to be generated at construction work, is neutralized by using another soil material to be discarded as industrial waste as a neutralizing material to contribute greatly to the decrease of the whole industrial waste. SOLUTION : The method for modifying alkaline soil to be recycled is characterized in that a dehydrated cake generated in a filtration plant is added to/mixed with the alkaline soil to be recycled, which is based on the soil to be generated at construction work, to neutralize the alkaline soil to be recycled. The alkaline soil to be recycled is the improved soil obtained by stabilizing construction sludge, the soil to be generated at construction work or the improved soil obtained by stabilizing the soil to be generated at construction work.
