PURPOSE : A borosilicate glass composition for a sintering aid, a dielectric composition, and a multi layer ceramic capacitor using thereof are provided to sinter a ceramic dielectric at low temperature, and to improve the hot insulation resistance of the multi layer ceramic capacitor.CONSTITUTION : A borosilicate glass composition for a sintering aid is marked with the following equation : aR2O-bMO-cRe2O3-dB2O3-eSiO2. In the equation, R2O is an alkali oxide. MO is an alkaline earth oxide, and Re2O3 is a rare earth oxide. A dielectric composition contains barium titanate, and 0.1~3 mol of glass frit including the borosilicate glass composition for 100 mold of barium titanate. A multi layer ceramic capacitor comprises plural dielectric layers containing the dielectric composition, an inner electrode formed among the dielectric layers, and an outer electrode electrically connected with the inner electrode.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010 |
