PURPOSE : An apparatus for treating exhaust gas, a molten metal manufacturing apparatus using the same, method for producing hydrogen using by-product gas of molten metal manufacturing apparatus are provided to manufacture hydrogen of high purity by oxidizing iron generated by reduction reaction using moisture.CONSTITUTION : An apparatus for treating exhaust gas comprises a first reactor(110a) and a second reactor(110b). The exhaust gas exhausted in the puddler manufacture process is provided to the first reactor and the reaction restored the ferric oxide to the pure iron occurs in the first reactor. The second reactor contacts the steam to the pure iron after re-oxidizing and is created the hydrogen to the ferric oxide. The exhaust gas and steam are by turns provided to the first reactor and the second reactor and the reaction restored the ferric oxide to the pure iron and the reaction which is created the hydrogen while the steam being contacted to the pure iron and re-oxidizing to the ferric oxide by turns operate.
