PURPOSE : A method for manufacturing environment-friendly artificial earth is provided to save a production cost of the artificial earth by utilizing wastes, to prevent a secondary environmental contaminant due to sewage sludge which is dumped into the ocean, and to prevent the loss of a land due to the reclamation of the wastes.CONSTITUTION : A method for manufacturing environment-friendly artificial earth comprises : a first mixing step of manufacturing a hardener(30) by mixing soft burned dolomite powder(10) with paper sludge fly ash(20); a second mixing step of manufacturing a curing accelerator(60) by mixing calcium carbonate powder(50) with acidic dehydration cake(40); a third mixing step of mixing sewage sludge(70) with the hardener and curing accelerator; and a curing step of manufacturing the artificial earth by removing reaction heat and steam from the mixture of the third mixing step.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010 |
