简介 PURPOSE : A method for manufacturing nano glass-based composition powder and complex additive is provided to improve electric characteristic of MLCC by high-energy milling method.CONSTITUTION : A nano glass-based composition powder is formed by calcining one of BCS(Ba-Ca-Si) powder, BZS(Ba-Zr-Si) powder, BLS(Ba-Li-Si) powder, BLC(Ba-Li-Ca) powder, YMS(Y-Mg-Si) powder, YBM(Y-Ba-Mg) powder, YCM(Y-Ca-Mg) powder, YBMS(Y-Ba-Mg-Si) powder, and YCMS(Y-Ca-Mg-Si) powder. A method for manufacturing complex additive powder for MLCC comprises a step of preparing nano glasa-based composition powder having a particle of 10-50 nm; a step of preparing rear earth metal oxide powder having particle of 10-50 nm; a step of mixing 35-70 wt%% of nano glass-based composition powder and 30-65 wt%% of rear earth metal oxide powder in a solvent by a high energy milling method; a step of drying the mixture ingredient at 80-200°C; a step of calcining at 300-800°C; and a step of pulverizing powder of bottle neck structure in a particle size of 50-100 nm.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
