PURPOSE : An ionizing radiation-resistant optical fiber amplifier is provided to minimize the level of a background loss by an optic fiber including earth dopant inside a core.CONSTITUTION : A-doped silica base nano particles and the rare earth are synthesized. Nano particles are dispersed within the aqueous solution(NP suspension). The aqueous solution is soaked into a porous layer of the silica tube in order to form the core of the first pre-form. The precursors having a molar ration of silica salt precursors to rare earth salt precursors are sunk.
