PURPOSE : A nano-ink coating composition is provided to ensure antibacterial property and durability and to apply to various print media such as paper and fiber.CONSTITUTION : A method for manufacturing a nano-ink coating composition comprises : a step of mixing 5-7 weight parts of coloring agent, 2-4 weight parts of humidifying antibacterial agent having a size of 30-100 nm, and 2-2.5 weight parts of anion-generating rare earth mineral with 5-7 weight parts of purified water; a step of adding 2-4 weight parts of dispersing stabilizer to the nano-dispersing mixture; a step of mixing with 1.5 weight parts of hydrogen persoxide and homogenizing to obtain aqueous dispersion; a step of mixing 20-25 weight parts of aqueous dispersion with 60-65 weight parts of aqueous alcohol; a step of mixing 5-10 weight parts of polyvinyl alcohol and 5-10 weight parts of methyl ethyl ketone; and a step of homogenizing the mixture at 130-145°C for 50-60 minutes.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010 |
