PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a cultivation method for easily efficiently cultivating yam.
SOLUTION : The cultivation method for cultivating yam includes a filling step of filling new earth 2 in a resin bag 1 whose one end 12 is opened and other end 11 is closed, and which is made of polyethylene or the like, an assistant plate step of placing the resin bag 1 on an assistant plate 4, a seed yam step of placing seed yam 5 near the other end 11 of the resin bag 1, and a burying step of burying the resin bag 1 in an inclined condition so as to locate the other end 11 below the one end 12.
