PURPOSE : A mixing oxide catalyst is provided to improve thermal stability and high activity after aging of the catalyst, and to be used for combustion of CO, H2 and CH4 off gas from anode of a fuel electrode.CONSTITUTION : A mixing oxide catalyst includes oxide of manganese and copper and oxide of a rare earth metal selected from La2O3 and Nd2O3. The mixing oxide catalyst includes MnO 35~56 weight%%, CuO 19~31 weight%% and La2O3 and/or Nd2O3 20~37 weight%%. The mixing oxide catalyst is supported on an inert porous inorganic carrier.
