PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a piezoelectric ceramic composition which has excellent piezoelectric characteristics and is excellent in the electric resistance at high temperature. SOLUTION : A laminated piezoelectric element 1 includes a plurality of piezoelectric layers 11 containing a composite oxide as a main component and internal electrode layers 12 formed between the plurality of piezoelectric layers 11 and containing Cu. Each piezoelectric layer 11 contains, as a main component, the composite oxide expressed by formula : (Pba-bMeb)[(Zn1/3Nb2/3)xTiyZrz]O3(wherein, 0.96≤a≤1.03; 0≤b≤0.1; 0.05≤x≤0.15; 0.25≤y≤0.5; 0.35≤z≤0.6; x+y+z=1; Me is at least one kind selected from Sr, Ca, and Ba), and further contains at least one kind of components expressed by CuOα(α≥0) as a first sub-component in an amount of COPYRIGHT : (C)2007, JPO&INPIT |
