PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To detect a dead-short-circuit and a rare-short-circuit more easily in a bipolar winding type motor driving circuit provided with a H-bridge circuit structure. SOLUTION : A first switching element 12 (IPD) having a breaking function by overcurrent and overheat is provided on the upper arm 26 of the one end of windings 24. A second switching element 18 (MOS-FET), which has higher switching responsibility than the first switching element 12, is provided on the lower arm 28 of the other end of the windings 24. |
