PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a laminated ceramic capacitor high in dielectric constant, with excellent temperature characteristic of electrostatic capacitance and high in life characteristic in a high temperature load test.
SOLUTION : A dielectric ceramic constituting a dielectric layer 5 contains vanadium of 0.05-0.3 mol in terms of V2O5 and one kind of rear earth element (RE) of 0.5-1.5 mol in terms of RE2O3 selected from yttrium, dysprosium, holmium and erbium for barium of 100 mol constituting barium titanate. Crystal grains constituting the dielectric ceramic are constituted of crystal grains of calcium concentration of at least 0.2 atomic%. In an X-ray diffraction chart of the dielectric ceramic, the diffraction strength of a (004) plane exhibiting tetragonal barium titanate is larger than that of a (400) plane exhibiting cubic barium titanate. The Curie temperature is 100-120°C.
