PURPOSE : A deionization device, an electrode module used therefor, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve manufacturability, and to remove ions of one polarity between a cation or a negative ion by adding deionization function on one electrode module.CONSTITUTION : A deionization device comprises a first electrode module(20) in which power is applied and a second electrode module(30) in which earth potential or power of opposite polarity of the first electrode module. An ion adsorbent is equipped on the first electrode module and adsorbs one ion between a cation and a negative ion.
