PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a preparation method of a more stable organic-transition metal hydride which is capable of storing high volume of hydrogen in high efficiency, by overcoming the problems accompanying separation and purification of the product.
SOLUTION : The preparation method of the organic-transition metal hydride comprises (a) a step of reacting an alkali metal, an alkaline earth metal or a mixture thereof with a 10-20C aromatic ring compound in an aprotic polar solvent to prepare a composite reducing agent composition; and (b) a step of reacting the composite reducing agent composition with an organic-transition metal halide to prepare the organic-transition metal hydride.
