PURPOSE : A discharge blocking structure of a crusher for an empty vessel of a lubricant and a waste oil filter is provided to simplify the structure by removing a blocking structure, and to stop a scarp from discharging outside by a strike impact during a crush process.CONSTITUTION : A discharge blocking structure for a crusher comprises : an inlet(10a) receiving an empty vessel of lubricant and a waste oil filter for striking; a striking member(2) installed with a capability of rotation inside an internal space to crush the empty vessel of lubricant and the waste oil filter; and an outlet(15) discharging a scrap formed from crushing the vessel and filter. A transfer pipe(20) is slantly installed in the opposite direction of a rotation of the striking member. A re-inputting unit(23) roundly formed in the sidewall facing an internal space of the crusher re-inserting the scrap reversely discharged from the outlet.
