PURPOSE : A method and a device for manufacturing a rare earth bond permanent magnet type rotor are provided to improve the roundness of the permanent magnet by pressing a shaft core into an inner diameter of the permanent magnet.CONSTITUTION : A mounting unit is arranged on a base. The mounting unit has a hollow part for receiving the permanent magnet. A heating unit is arranged inside the mounting unit. The heating unit heats the permanent magnet. The shaft core is fixed to a lift unit. The lift unit includes a servo motor and a chuck.
