PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To improve safety in moving a management machine 1 on non-working time or the like, wherein the management machine 1 has moving wheels 6 supporting a machine boy 2 and a rotary type tillage device 4 driven by power from an electric motor 31, which are longitudinally positioned below a machine body 2, and a steering handle is set above the machine body 2.
SOLUTION : The management machine 1 is provided by longitudinally positioning the moving wheels supporting the machine body and the rotary type tillage device driven by power from the electric motor 31, below a machine body. The steering handle is set above the machine body. An electric circuit 30 connecting a battery 10 removably mounted on the machine body with the electric motor 31 is provided. A limit switch 36 is set in the electric circuit 30. The limit switch 36 is formed to be open state and to shut off energizing the electric motor 31 when the moving wheels are grounded on the earth.
