PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a ceramic composition thereof which is capable of low-temperature sintering, has a high strength and a low dielectric loss in a high frequency range, and capable of controlling temperature characteristics with high accuracy, and a ceramic sintered compact.
SOLUTION : The ceramic composition which contains (a) diopside crystal powder synthesized by a solid reaction method, (b) strontium titanate powder and/or calcium titanate powder, and (c) powder of two or more kinds of compounds containing a lithium compound and a boron compound selected from alkali compounds, alkaline-earth compounds, boron compounds, transition metal compounds, phosphorus compounds, and zinc compounds is molded and sintered to obtain the ceramic sintered compact.
