PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a lightweight metal form panel with an opening, which emphasizes the constructibility of installation of a form, and which notably suppresses the neutralization of concrete in the opening.
SOLUTION : This form panel is used as a permanent form for concrete, made of plated sheet steel, and provided with the opening penetrating through front and rear surfaces. The plated sheet steel contains 3-22 mass% Al and 0.5-8 mass% Mg, and further contains at least one of 0.1 mass% or less Ti, 0.05 mass% or less B and 2 mass% or less Si. In the molten Zn-Al-Mg-based plated sheet steel, the total content of Ca, Sr, Na, Ni, Co, Sn, Cu, Cr, Mn, a rare-earth element, Y and Zr is limited to 1 mass% or less (including 0 mass%); the content of Fe is limited to 2.5 mass% or less; and plated layers, which are made of the balance being Zn and unavoidable impurities, are provided on both sides, respectively.
