PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide oxidation-resistant rare earth system magnet powder valid for manufacturing a rare earth system bond magnet whose oxidation-resistivity is excellent, and whose magnet characteristics are high. SOLUTION : This method for manufacturing oxidation-resistant rare earth system magnet powder is provided to immerse rare earth system magnet powder in treatment liquid constituted by containing phosphoric acid of 0.1 wt. % to 5 wt. % and metallic ion of 5ppm to 1000ppm in organic solvent, and to mix and stir it, and then to heat and dry it.
