PURPOSE : A ready-mixed concrete, a mortar and a concrete composition are provided to improve strength in hardening and to evanish function of harmful component contained in a heavy metal through anion-generating capability of a rare earth materials.CONSTITUTION : A ready-mixed concrete in which rare earth mater are added comprises 75-80 wt%% of aggregate, 10-20 wt%% of binding material, 0.05-0.08 wt%% of admixture, and 5-8 wt%% of water. A 0.1-10 wt%% of rare earth materials are dissolved in the water. A binding material is composed of more than one among cement, fly ash, and slag powder. A mixing agent is a mixture of dispersing agent, fatty acid metal salt, silica, promoter, plasticizer, and surfactant. An ecological mixture consisting of activated lignin, soil microbes, mineral and growing agent is added more 0.1-5 %% in comparison with total weight.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010 |
