PURPOSE : A thermal conductive material and a chalcogenide compound are provided to lower heat conduction and increase a Seebeck coefficient.CONSTITUTION : The thermal conductive material comprises a chalcogenide compound with a chemical formula. The thermal conductive material comprises a group 13 element. The thermal conductive material comprises one or more elements selected among 13 group, 14 group, rare earth and transition metal. The thermal conductive material comprises one or more elements selected among S, Se and Te.
