PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a corrosion-resistant laminated ceramics member having superior corrosion resistance and long lifetime, even when exposed to a corrosive gas.
SOLUTION : This corrosion-resistant laminated ceramics member includes at least : a ceramics substrate, an electrode layer formed on the ceramics substrate, a feeding member for supplying electricity to the electrode layer, and a protective layer for preventing corrosion. The corrosion-resistant laminated ceramics member is such that the electrode layer is formed on one surface or both surfaces of the ceramics substrate; the feeding member is connected with the electrode layer; the protective layer is formed at a thickness of 0.02-10 mm on a surface of the ceramic substrate, where the electrode layer is formed to cover the electrode layer; and the protective layer contains any one from among silicon oxide, rare-earth oxide, aluminum nitride, and aluminum oxide as the main component.
