PURPOSE : A ceramic nitride red phosphor is provided to ensure high photonic efficiency suitable for blue and UV excitation light, to improve efficiency of a white diode using blue and ultraviolet light-based light emitting diode, and to obtain high color rendering.CONSTITUTION : A ceramic nitride red phosphor is represented by chemical formula 1 : (Ba_(1-x)M_x)Re_ySi_8.2Al_3.7N_16 and is a nitride phosphor activated by rare earth materials. In chemical formula 1, M element is one or two or more kinds selected from Ca, Ba, Sr, Mg and Zn; a molar ratio is 0.01Δx Δ1.0 and 0.001Δ y Δ1.0; and Re is at least one element selected from rare earth materials or transition metal materials.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010 |
