FIELD : chemistry.
SUBSTANCE : method of producing polyarylene ether ketone is proposed, which involves : reacting an aromatic dihalogen compound with bisphenol and/or halogenphenol in the presence of a carbonate or hydrocarbonate of alkali and/or alkali-earth metals in a high-boiling aprotic solvent; wet crushing in the presence of a suitable organic solvent and simultaneous pre-extraction of the solidified reaction mixture; extraction and filtration of the wet crushed product in a nutsche filter, operating at pressure from 1 to 10 bars, and drying the extracted product.
EFFECT : improved technology of processing the reaction mixture, prevention of loss and contamination of the reaction product.
