PURPOSE : A magnetic using a binding agent and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain a rare-earth bonded magnet by thermally hardening and impregnating a SiO2 precursor with low viscosity in the magnetic molding.CONSTITUTION : A binder material is a SiO2 binding agent containing the alkoxy radical. A plurality of rare-earth magnetic pigments are fixed with the SiO2 binding agent. The rare-earth magnetic pigment is pressed and molded(1). The SiO2 binding solution is impregnated in the pressure molding of the rare-earth magnetic pigments(2). The pressure molding of the rare-earth magnetic pigment impregnating the SiO2 binding solution is drawn out from the SiO2 binding solution(3). The rare-earth magnetic pigment impregnating the SiO2 binding solution is annealed at a preset temperature(4).COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010 |
