PURPOSE : A rotor of a pole transform synchronous motor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent oxidation of a magnet layer caused by exposure by forming a layer, for preventing the oxidation, in a surface of the magnet layer.CONSTITUTION : A plurality of conductors(120) is installed along an edge of a rotor core(110). A magnet layer(130) includes magnetic material capable of re-magnetization by an exciting pole. An oxidation prevention layer(140) is formed in a surface of the magnet layer. The magnet layer includes a rare earth bonded magnet. The magnet layer is formed in order to expose both ends of the rotor core to the outside. The oxidation prevention layer is extended to the both ends of the rotor core exposed to the outside.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010 |
