PURPOSE : A rotor of a pole transform synchronous motor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to install a magnet layer in an outer circumference of a rotor easily by disposing plural division bodies in each outer circumference of a rotor core in an accumulation state through an end-ring and a conductor.CONSTITUTION : A plurality of conductor holes(111b) is arranged along an edge of a rotor core(111). A magnet layer(112) includes magnetic material capable of re-magnetization by an exciting pole. The magnet layer is installed in a division body(110). End-rings(121) are formed in both ends of the laminated division bodies. In a surface of the magnet layer, an oxidation prevention layer(130) is formed. The magnet layer is formed by mixing a binder with powers of rare earth type alloy(Nd-Fe-B Alloy).COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010 |
