PURPOSE : A rotor of a pole transform synchronous motor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve durability of the motor by supporting both ends of a magnet layer through end-rings according as the end ring is extended to an end of the magnet layer.CONSTITUTION : A magnet layer(120) is installed in an outer circumference of a rotor core(110). The magnet layer includes magnetic material capable of re-magnetization by an exciting pole. A plurality of conductors(130) is inserted along an edge of the rotor core. A pair of end-rings(140) is respectively formed in both ends of the rotor core so as for the conductor to form a closed circuit. The end-rings are respectively extended to an end of the magnet layer in order to support both ends of the magnet layer. The magnet layer includes a rare earth bonded magnet.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010 |
