PURPOSE : A rotor of a pole transform synchronous motor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent damage by suppressing crack generation by forming a magnet layer within a rotor core along an edge.CONSTITUTION : A rotor(300) rotates in an inner side or an outside of a stator. A rotor core(310) comprises a rotary shaft(340) for the rotation. A plurality of conductors(320) is radially arranged within the rotor core around the rotary shaft. A magnet layer(330) is formed within the rotor core along an edge in a form of an ion implantation layer in which a magnetism source is ion-implanted. The magnet layer is formed through a plasma ion implantation process. The magnetism source includes rare earth elements.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010 |
