PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method for functionally improving plant organisms intended for dealing with such problems that although at present the emphasis is laid only on carbon dioxide to a global warming phenomenon, a globally large problem related to food with the global warming phenomenon cannot be disregarded, and it is essential to totally improve ruin of forests and fields, related to environment damage by manure or agricultural chemicals with production of food, and therefore all earthmen can save the earth environment only by executing the idea in life from each positions.
SOLUTION : This method is based on a concept that it is effective that each nation faithfully observes each standard based on the Kyoto Protocol, and immediately seriously moves to actual effect as a common obligation, and claiming reasons or logics only worsens the environment and is a completely zero action for improving contribution to a decrease in global energy, and therefore only faithful execution saves the earth.
