The invention provides an alloy solution in which a rare earth metal keeping over 10 minutes above 873K is added in the vacuum below 100Pa or in an inert gas so that concentration can reach 0.01 to 1% by mass, and in which foaming of Ar, He, Ne, SF, CO, SO or N gases is actualized and which is subjected to the treatment after actualization of the foaming or when actualizing the foaming with being subjected to casting, therefore the invention can be used for development of magnesium alloy manufacturing component, aluminum manufacturing component, zinc manufacturing component havingexcellent corrosion resistance in the fields of civil motor, information household appliance, electromotor tool, universal engines like automobile, mobile phone, laptop and so on. |
