PURPOSE : A platinum black plating method using a nonferrous metals electrode sensor is provided to plate the platinum black on the surface of the electrode sensor by electrolyzing the electrode sensor in a mixed electrolyte. CONSTITUTION : A platinum black plating method using a nonferrous metals electrode sensor includes the following steps of : removing foreign materials in a ultrasonic cleaner(S1); removing the moisture existing in the surface of the electrode sensor with a dryer(S2); and fixing the electrode sensor on a sensor object(S3); connecting an electrical lead of a platinum black plating device with the electrode sensor; supporting the electrode sensor in an electrolytic fluid vessel; adjusting a current with a variable resistor; manufacturing a platinum black electrode by plating the platinum black on the electrode sensor; confirming a plating state of the platinum black electrode(S6); and sealing the platinum black electrode after drying(S7). |
