A dielectric ceramic composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a primary constituent, about 0.1 to 25 parts by weight of a first secondary constituent comprising a SiO2-based glass not containing lead oxide, and about 20 parts by weight or less of a second secondary constituent comprising manganese oxide (MnO).
