PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a patch intermediate transfer recording medium having a fluorescent hologram excellent in heat resistance and light resistance, in which an image can be printed by an inkjet system and fast dried without blur and the patch can be easily transferred to a transfer object, and to provide an anticounterfeit medium using the medium.
SOLUTION : A patch 21 is obtained by subjecting a transfer part of the following transfer material 10 to a half-cut process. The transfer material 10 comprises : a transparent substrate 11; and on one face of the substrate, a hologram layer 15 containing an ionization radiation-curable resin and a fluorescent rare earth complex, in which the absorption wavelength region of the ionization radiation-curable resin is different from the absorption wavelength region of the fluorescent rare earth complex; a reflecting layer 17; and a receiving layer 23 containing at least a cationic urethane resin, a cationic fixing agent and a filler where information can be printed by an inkjet system. The obtained patch 21 is laminated as releasable on a releasing resin layer surface of a support material 30 prepared by disposing the releasing resin layer 33 on a support substrate 31.
