PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To contribute 1) to the development of the construction business world by improving the accuracy of concrete forms and enhancing efficiency; 2) to contribute to the global warming prevention by promoting construction of forms made without using wood and keeping green on the earth; and 3) to contribute to the activation of agricultural communities of the whole country by producing products using rice hull.
SOLUTION : The MOMIMENT panel is formed by kneading buckwheat chaff, rice hull and the like and cement by using persimmon tannin-mixed water so that the resulting mixture has such softness that the slump value is about 18 cm, as occasion demands, sufficiently agitating the resulting mixture after adding hair-like bamboo, charging the resulting mixture into a mold plate having prescribed dimensions, and pushing and solidifying the charged mixture. At this time, the dimensions and the blending ratio of each raw material are determined according to the purpose of use and required strength.
