PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a transfer foil capable of being easily be transferred to a transfer object to produce a transferred medium excellent in security properties, having durability in usage, i.e. hard coat properties, and provided with a fluorescence emitting hologram excellent in heat resistance and light resistance in addition to abrasion resistance and solvent resistance for protecting the surface of the medium even when the medium is used repeatedly a large number of times, and a forgery preventing medium using the transfer foil.
SOLUTION : In the transfer foil 10 in which a substrate and at least a mold release layer 13, a hologram layer 15, a reflection layer 17, and an adhesive layer 19 set on one side of the substrate 11 are formed, the hologram layer 15 contains an ionizing radiation curing resin having hard coat properties and a fluorescence emitting rare earth complex, and the absorption wavelength domain of the ionizing radiation curing resin is different from the absorption wavelength domain of the fluorescence emitting rare earth complex.
