RE is at least one element selected from the Rare-Earth Group, M is at least one element selected from a group consisting of Al, Sn, Si, and transition metals, excluding Cu, Zr and RE. In yet another aspect, a method for preparing an amorphous alloy comprises melting a raw material comprising Cu, Zr, Be, and M to form an alloy. M is at least one element selected from a group consisting of Al, Sn, Si, and transition metals, excluding Cu and Zr. |
