PURPOSE : A method for manufacturing histidine tagged TAT-HOXB4 fusion protein of C-terminal is provided to enable administration of the protein in the body and increase the number of re-population cyclic stem cell.CONSTITUTION : A method for manufacturing a TAT-HOXB4H protein comprises : a step of supplying a host cell containing a vector which encodes a protein; a step of expressing the protein in a host cell; a step of collecting impurity solution of expressed protein; a step of applying the solution in HisTrap column and washing; a step of eluting purified protein; a step of applying purified protein on MonoSP column and washing; and a step of refolding the protein using hydrophobic compound.© KIPO 2009 |
