PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a hair cosmetic providing naturally finished feeling free from stiff feeling and sticky feeling, and natural gloss, having excellent hair-fixing power, and further having excellent hair style-keeping power and hair-re-fixing power.
SOLUTION : The hair cosmetic comprises (A) 0.1-20.0 mass% of a semisolid oil component originated from a plant and/or of a vegetable fat and oil, and (B) 0.1-20.0 mass% of a silylated urethane-based resin, in a mass ratio [(A)/(B)] of the component (A) to the component (B) of 0.2-120.
