简介 This electrode catalyst has : a carrier having a chain-structure site in which a plurality of particles containing at least one type of additional element selected from a group comprising Nb, Sb, Ta, In, and V are joined spherically to a tin oxide; and a catalyst including a rare metal supported on the surface of the carrier. At least some of the rare metal forms an alloy with tin. Ideally, the catalyst including the rare metal disperses the carrier in a liquid including colloid including rare metal, reduces the colloid including rare metal, and supports same on the carrier as microparticles including the rare metal.
