PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a manufacturing process of a multilayer ceramic capacitor which does not cause short-circuit defects, resulting from abnormal growth of grains at sintering, even if a dielectric layer is made thin.
SOLUTION : When a ceramic dielectric to which 2 mol% or lower than of MgO and a rear earth oxide are added as subsidiary ingredients, and an organic matter are admixed to barium titanate, a medium stirrer employing a medium which is to become a sintering auxiliary agent is used and 0.1-0.3 mol% of sintering auxiliary agent component is added as abrasive powder.
