PURPOSE : A luminescent paint composition is provided to prevent accidents in advance when being used as an indoor safety guide display unit regardless of power failure in an emergency and to emit infrared rays and negative ions.CONSTITUTION : A luminescent paint composition for PP, PE, and PVC vinyl sheet flooring comprises a transparent resin 100.0 parts by weight, a plasticizer 20-80 parts by weight, a Ba-Zn-based stabilizer 1-5 parts by weight, a ultraviolet-absorbing agent 0.1-3 parts by weight, a luminescent paint 10-25 parts by weight consisting of alumina component of alkaline earth metal doped with rare earth elements, and illite 1-5 parts by weight.© KIPO 2009 |
