PURPOSE : An induction plastic hot water boiler of a multiple heating configuration is provided to maximize the efficiency of the boiler by re-heating the already heated water with a heating plate at the front and rear side of an induction coil.CONSTITUTION : An induction plastic hot water boiler of a multiple heating configuration comprises an upper plate of the plastic material, a water tub(17) of the plastic material, and a heating plate(20) of the iron board material. The upper plate has an induction coil cartridge(12), an inlet, and an outlet. An induction coil(21) and an induction coil supporting plate(22) are inserted into the inner surface of the induction coil cartridge. The water flows in through the inlet into the inside of the water tub. The water inside the water tub flows out to the outside through the outlet. The water tub has a plurality of bearing walls(18). The heating plate is located at the front side and rear side of the induction coil cartridge. A warm water pipe(31) providing the warm water contacts with the heating plate. An inlet tube(43) and an insulated bipolar transistor(24) contact each other.© KIPO 2009 |
