PURPOSE : A solar cell containing a phosphor and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to solve low efficiency at a narrow band by applying a fluorescent substance absorbing narrow band of light and emitting a long wave band of light.CONSTITUTION : A solar cell module comprises a wavelength conversion layer(170) including wavelength conversion material converting a light received the top of the photoelectric transformation layer(110) into a long wave length of the light. The wavelength conversion material is the fluorescent substance absorbing the light of a short wavelength band and emits the light of the long wave band. The short wavelength band is 300nm to 400nm, and the long wave band is 500nm to 1000nm. The fluorescent substance is the inorganic phosphor in which the rare earth materials is doped, and the transmittance at the visible light band is 85%% or greater.© KIPO 2009 |
