PURPOSE : A color filter layer of a display device including a rare earth element, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize luminance reduction by functioning as an ion diffusion preventing layer and a gas blocking film.CONSTITUTION : A color filter layer(102) is formed on a display device used in a flexible display. The color filter layer is an oxide film formed by mixing and sintering normal oxide and rare earth oxide including a rare earth element which selectively absorbs a visible light. An oxide including the rare earth element includes at least one of neodymium oxide or praseodymium oxide. In the color filter layer, weight ratio of the rare earth oxide is 10~90 weight%%.© KIPO 2009 |
