The present invention relates to a soft magnetic alloy having excellent soft magnetic characteristic simultaneously providing a high saturated magnetic flux density and a low coercive force. The soft magnetic alloy includes Fe as a main component and includes Si, wherein Fe comprises a nanocrystalline phase and an amorphous phase. When the average content of Si in the nanocrystalline phase is S1 (at%), and the average content of Si in the amorphous phase is S2 (at%), S2 - S1 > 0. Moreover, the soft magnetic alloy is formed by a composition formula of ((Fe_(1 - (α + β )) X 1_α X 2_β )_(1-(a + b + c + d + e + f))M_aB_bSi_cP_dCr_eCu_f)_(1-g)C_g, wherein X1 is one or more kinds selected from a group consisting of Co and Ni, X2 is one or more kinds selected from a group consisting of Al, Mn, Ag, Zn, Sn, As, Sb, Bi, N, O, S, and rare earth elements, M is one or more kinds selected from a group consisting of Nb, Hf, Zr, Ta, Ti, Mo, V, and W, and a to g, α , and β are within a predetermined range.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019 |
